I quickly learnt when I was actually too tired to train and needed rest as opposed to me just using that as an excuse for being “lazy”.
I am very critical of myself and looking back on it now, I definitely think I could’ve pushed myself harder, but after looking at the before and after photos and how much stronger my relationships are in my home life and the things I am striving to achieve at work, well I am beyond proud of myself.''

My mindset has been transformed! I'm more positive, happy and confident and i feel like i can take on anything!
After struggling for 4 months by myself with no results, i knew i needed guidance and I'm so lucky i made the right decision the first time! With my training plan and meal plan from JD and Amy-Kate, i lost 4kgs in 4 weeks! Not once did i feel hungry or deprived and the training was amazing and the constant support was a real motivation.
