330G OF CHICKPEA FLOUR

X3 COBS OF CORN

X4 MEDIUM ZUCCHINIS

X1 tsp OF CURRY POWDER

SALT + PEPPER

X1 BROWN ONION

X1 tsp GARLIC

LIME JUICE



METHOD:

GRATE ZUCCHINIS INTO A LARGE MIXING BOWL

ADD CORN AND DICED ONION.

ADD CURRY POWDER, GARLIC, SALT + PEPPER & LIME JUICE.

ADD CHICKPEA FLOUR.

MIX WITH HANDS TO COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS UNTIL YOU CAN GET A NICE SHAPED PATTIE FORMED.

COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR AROUND 2-3MINS EACH SIDE OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.


ADD TO WRAPS, SALADS OF TURN INTO A MEAL BY HAVING A SIDE SALAD, GUACAMOLE AND HOME MADE CHIPS!
