NO BLENDER PROTEIN BLESS BALLS


Making your own snacks doesn’t have to be complicated, it can be super simple and mess free like this 'No blender, bless balls' recipe. They are the perfect snack for on the go or the perfect sweet treat for kids lunch boxes. They are higher in fat (good fats) and protein and lower in carbohydrates. Makes about 10-12 balls depending on the size. (Double the mixture for double the amount.)

Ingredients:

1 cup of almond meal

1 scoop of salted caramel 'Blessed Protein Powder'

1 tablespoon of rice malt syrup

1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

A pinch of sea or pink Himalayan salt


Method:

In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients. Mix everything together with a spoon until you have a sticky mixture. Roll the mixture into balls to size of your choice.


Place the balls in the fridge to set for at least 1 hour and enjoy! Store them in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container. In the freezer will really last for months!
